State Restrictions Notice

Please be aware that ordering a neurotransmitter test is subject to state regulations. California, Maryland, and New York require that tests be ordered by a licensed provider in the same state. Additionally, New York has specific restrictions: only saliva tests for Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEAS, and Cortisol, as well as blood spot testing for Vitamin D, are permitted.For clients in New York, a signed form is required confirming that the neurotransmitter test has not been performed within the state.
